A unique hand forged chef knife. Crafted from a recycled sawmill blade with a full tang jarrah timber handle with stainless steel pins

The blade is 215 mm ( 8 ½ inches) long and 52 mm wide at the heel . Overall length is 345 mm , nice balance 3.2 mm wide along the spine at the handle tapering to under 1 mm near the tip , about 210 gm. Handle is 135mm long, 19 mm wide, 25mm deep

Please read the care instruction page before purchase. Being made from old saws this is carbon steel ( AKA black steel) , not stainless steel so will tarnish and develop a patina with time and may rust if not cared for. Thank you.
